Jordan is a consulting partner who focuses primarily on the intersection of technology innovation and entertainment.
Jordan's prior entrepreneur experience includes the founding of a number of video game studios, tabletop game publishers, the first virtual reality location based entertainment company, a transmedia marketing agency, and a HMD-based augmented reality development team he created for Walmart. He has sold companies to the Disney family, Microsoft, Topps, and Paradox Entertainment. At Microsoft he served as Creative Director for the games group during the launch of Xbox, and at Walt Disney Imagineering R&D he served as Senior Creative Director leading their efforts for interactive experiences in parks, resorts, and cruise ships.
Jordan has been honored with over 100 awards including, the first Peabody Award for interactive media and E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year (PNW). He is also a NYT best-selling author.
Joe DiNunzio

Joe is the President of Fido Management, leading the firm’s strategic consulting partnerships with corporate and early-stage clients.
Joe’s prior entrepreneurial experience include roles as a founding executive of media and technology companies Harebrained Schemes, 42 Entertainment, and Z.com. Joe’s prior corporate work includes senior executive leadership roles at Walt Disney Imagineering and Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Joe also serves as the Executive Director of the UC Davis Institute for Innovation andEntrepreneurship and as an Assistant Professor (adjunct) at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.
Joe has an AB (Psychology) from Harvard and an MBA from Stanford.
Steve Lewis

Steve has spent more than 3 decades building industry leading companies. He is currently the CEO of Hound Labs, which is developing ultra-sensitive, automated, and analytical breath technologies to help address public health and safety issues. Previously, Steve led a turnaround of Dataprise into the partner of choice for strategic buyers of IT in the mid-market.
Earlier in his career he served as Founder and CEO of Teneros, creating the category of Application Continuity Appliances for ending downtime; the CEO of All Covered which grew to become the largest outsourced IT provider to US Small Business; and co-founded Pharmanex, the world’s leading phyto-pharmaceutical company. Prior to these roles Steve co-founded Generation Ventures, one of the first venture firms focused on building new enterprises in China, and spent a decade with Booz Allen & Hamilton as a partner focused on manufacturing operations and technology engagements with Global 1000 companies.
Carl Nichols

Carl has more than 25 years of management experience, having held executive positions in strategic planning, finance, venture capital, operations, and business development with high growth, private firms as well as established industry leaders. Having helped launch and grow numerous initiatives and businesses, Carl brings extensive experience in formulating strategies and translating these into successful market efforts that enable businesses to profitably scale.
Carl has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard.
Kyle Hanley
Principal
Kyle provides strategic counsel and hands-on leadership to guide innovation from business concept through execution. Areas of expertise include product and platform design and development, software project management, systems integration, and operations planning.
In prior Director and Executive Producer roles Kyle launched digital business initiatives, attractions and video games for Universal Destinations & Experiences, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Electronic Arts and Scientific Games.
Kyle has a BS in Operations Research and Minor in Spanish from MIT. As a member of MIT’s Educational Council he provides outreach to aspiring high schoolers and has interviewed hundreds of undergraduate applicants.
Jory Macdonald
Principal
Jory is a Principal at Fido with an extensive background in strategy, innovation, business design, and market research. His list of prior engagements includes clients in Augmented Reality, Mobile Gaming, Life Sciences and Entertainment.
Prior to joining Fido, Jory was the Manager of Market Analytics for Logitech; he cofounded SlideWare Studios; and has held product management, business development, engineering and design roles at multiple Silicon Valley companies.
Jory holds an MBA from University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
Troy Hoddick
Senior Associate
Troy specializes in industry research, market analysis, and data-driven business strategy. He has a special interest in the video game industry and emergent augmented and virtual reality technologies.
Prior to joining Fido, Troy worked for Barco N.V. in their Entertainment and Corporate division where he specialized in channel analysis, competitor research, and R&D strategy.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizations from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
Stacey Normandy
Operations Lead
Stacey has spent two decades as an integral part of building successful businesses. As operations head at Fido, she manages engagement systems and processes to support our client relationships and ensure effective and efficient internal operations.
Stacey’s entrepreneurial experiences include roles as Operations Director for companies such as Miracle Assistant, Auction Floor, BackJoy, and Fourth Wall Studios. Stacey’s corporate experience include serving as a senior administrative and office management leader at a number of major Hollywood studios.
Stacey has a BA from CSUN.
Andy Hargadon

Andrew Hargadon is the Charles J. Soderquist Chair in Entrepreneurship and a Professor of Technology Management at the Graduate School of Management at University of California, Davis.
Professor Hargadon's research focuses on the effective management of innovation and entrepreneurship. He is author of How Breakthroughs Happen: The Surprising Truth About How Companies Innovate (Harvard Business School Press, 2003) and Sustainable Innovation: Build your Company’s Capacity to Change the World (Stanford University Press, 2015).
Professor Hargadon founded and now serves as the Faculty director of the Mike & Renee Child Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UC Davis.
Professor Hargadon received his Ph.D. from the Management Science and Engineering Department in Stanford University's School of Engineering. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Stanford University's Product Design Program in the Mechanical Engineering Department.
Prior to his academic appointment, he was a product designer at Apple Computer and taught in the Product Design program at Stanford University.
Holly Hirzel
Consulting Principal
Holly is a veteran of the AR and VR industry, with a foundation in games and entertainment. She is a 0 to 1 product person, and with deep experience in production and team-building. Holly has worked in startups and small game companies, but was also on the early HoloLens team at Microsoft. She was recently Director of Product at Project Archer, a Walmart company.
Holly also spends time mentoring students at the University of Washington's MHCID program, is a founding member of the XR Guild, and also volunteers with Plant Amnesty and Far Reaches Botanical Conservancy.
Holly has a degree in Communications from Cornell University.
